Central Luzon Regional Cooperatives Chamber Assembly
A weekend well-spent for cooperative. Coop Chamber convenes the Central Luzon Regional Assembly this day at the EPHATHA Development Center in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Igniting change and fueling the future for cooperatives, dozens of leaders attended the event, starting off with a capacity building and cooperative forum led by Ms. Emila Guinares of Co-op College PH who emphasized the value of cooperative identity, while Ms. Anjie Diaz of NafeCoop underscored the role of training and information.
National Anti-Poverty Commission ASec. Joey Villaflor shared insights on national programs for poverty reduction, social enterprise, and capacity-building initiatives, alongside Ms. Ina Christia M. De Jesus, Supervising Economic Development Specialist from the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development, who presented the regional development plan.
Coop Chamber SecGen Edwin Bustillos shared the cooperativesβ inputs to the Philippine Development Plan and Cooperative Development Plan, while Executive Director Bryan Villasana shared the nexus of operation and accomplishment report of the Chamber since its inception in 2023.
Elected as new Council of Leaders for the Central Luzon Regional Coop Chamber, serving for a three-year term from 2025-2028, are as follows:
