In a concerted effort to advocate for the full implementation and institutionalization of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP), representatives of the Coop Chamber met with Retired Rear Admiral Loumer Bernabe, Executive Director of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
