MANILA, Philippines—Garnering the path to sustainable development and igniting the spirit of cooperativism in the heart of every Filipino, the Philippine Chamber of Cooperatives Inc. officially makes its first inaugural appearance this November 15, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the Marriott Manila Hotel in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

“Today is one of the historic events in the cooperative movement. In this cooperative chamber, it will also serve as a platform where co-op leaders will discuss issues, events, and programs advocating government policies for advancement and our contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals as part of the U.N. convention,” Mr. Noel D. Raboy, Founding Chairperson, said.

The chamber’s board of trustees encompasses fourteen different leaders, educators, and advocates from different cooperative sectors in the Philippines, equipped with a diverse set of knowledge, experience, and commitment to providing a platform and a voice for both small and big enterprises in the country.
